Will the REAL baby please stand up? Our neighbors came to visit. We picked up Isaac (my foster son we had from age 2 to age 8) and Ashley his yonger sister. This was the first time she had ever held a baby. Not Amy- she's a pro because she's going to be a baby doctor one day--not a nurse "Because they give shots!" Amy and Cacey are sitting in the chair together. Cacey is Cayden's sister.

Happy Birthday to me-- big 45- I had my hair cut for the second time for Locks of Love-13 inches-you cannot have dyed hair and it should be less than 25% gray-so far so good. The few gray hairs I have all appeared after Ricky's surgeries!

We went to Showguns-a Japanese restaurant-our favorite including the kids! We had been riding earlier in the week, and Amy said, "Hey you guys--listen up! You see that restaurant over there-that doughnut one (Krispy Kreme) THAT'S where were eating supper tonight! Good try Baby Girl!

Cindy, Cari, and Shan are all here for Christmas. I know some of Cindy's relatives will check the blog, so I wanted to share their pictures, too. Hey Uncle Alan and Aunt Kathy!

What a wonderful Christmas morning! We all got up at 6:00 am so Greg could see the kids discover Santa and open presents. I cried my eyes out when Ricky was able to get on his bike with the new training wheels from Santa and ride down the street for the first time since March. Amy got her dollhouse and 2 new dolls- her girl doll (Adora) dressed in pink and a baby boy (Middleton) who Amy says is the new baby brother. The girl is Annalee and the boy is Cayden-after our neighbor's baby. Ricky and I together got Guitar Hero-World Tour! That's to add to our Rock Band and Aerosmith Guitar Hero. Greg got a GPS. I also got 2 digital frames- a large one and a small one. WE had a great morning.

Ricky wanted drums for Christmas. This summer while in Georgia, Valeria, Matt and Kaleb's step mom offered to let us have her son's drum set that was in storage. Her son Jonathan had a car wreck when he took a curve wrong, and went to heaven. Ricky knows these are special drums and he has to take care of them. I told him Jonathan is watching him from heaven and is glad someone is putting the drums to good use. Our first song we played together was "Mary Did You Know." He actually did a great job while I sang and played the guitar. We hope we make Jonathan proud.

Christmas Eve with my side of the family. Cathy and my brother Darrell came over with Courtney, our niece, his stepson Jacob, his girlfriend Ashley, and her son Dakota who is 4.

Christmas Eve at the Treloar's- We always visit with Greg's parents on Christmas Eve morning, my family on Christmas Eve night, and our own family Christmas Day.

My thoughtful little children wanted to paint rainbows for Aunt Cari and Uncle Shan-Cindy's brother and sister travelling from Texas and Florida. They like painting rainbows because they are so cheerful.

We have had a blessed Christmas with family and friends. Amy and Ricky went to Build-a-Bear and made Christmas Moose -that they gave reindeer names:) I went to Ricky's school party and played the guitar for the students. We had or neighbors over to exchange gifts-with their little reindeer -Cayden.

Little Cindy Loo Hoo or as Amy calls her "Cindy Hoo Hoo"- she loved her new outfit. Amy made Santa a Christmas card that said "Merry Christmas, Jesus." This was the first time Ricky ever rode a camel. It was too high for Amy. Ricky said, "Look Mom, no hands!" Amy wants a dollhouse and Ricky wants big training wheels from Santa.

The triplets-well, minus the sleeping one. We cleaned out the playroom and Amy packed a big bag of toys for the girls. Dakota and Taylor enjoyed playing with everything! It was an early Christmas!

Christmas in Fairhope- Greg's sister-Aunt Judy, her children-our niece and nephews-David and Eric- Eric's daughter Lexie (2 1/2) had a nice Christmas together. We love going down there! Aunt Judy adores Amy and Ricky and they always want to go to Aunt Judy's house.

Disney Playhouse Live was fun for the kids. They love watching all the shows, and seeing the characters on stage was great! The Little Einsteins were also there on a mission.

Ricky loves going to birthday parties with his classmates. he can't go to some parties like ice skating, rollerskating, or pump it up-(blowup jumping toys), but he can bowl! Baby Girl does a good job, too!

The Wolf Cubs had a Christmas party at our house. We made Christmas cards and cookies for Seniors. We had a great time roasing marshmallows to make s'mores, drinking hot chocolate, eating grilled hamburgers and hotdogs, and playing Rock Band-parents even liked this!

Our annual Gingerbread House! We have made one of these every year since Ricky was a baby-it may not be perfect, but the kids love making it each year- and eating as we go!

We went to Old Alabama Town during their Christmas open house. They had food in different areas. The kids liked the weavers and carvers. It was neat to see how they decorated many years ago. We had to take a picture in the old school.
